As the COVID-19 pandemic began accelerating around the globe in March Civil Affairs Team 219 rapidly adapted its mission focus to assist Nigerien partners in the battle against the infection.
Several prominent civic Nigerien leaders, including the governor, mayor, and sultan of Agadez, participated in a tour of the new C-130 hangar at Nigerien Air Base 201.
