Mission
U.S. Africa Command's directorate for strategy, engagements and programs is comprised of dedicated, customer-focused individuals who provide services and products to help ensure a more stable and secure Africa.
The directorate develops strategic guidance, plans military campaigns and operations, and conducts security cooperation activities within the area of responsibility to deter and defeat transnational threats and enable environments conducive to good governance and development.
