U.S. Special Operations Command Africa

As part of a global team of national and international partners, U.S. Special Operations command Africa conducts persistent, networked and distributed special operations to promote regional stability and prosperity in Africa.

Mission

U.S. Special Operations Command Africa will, without fail, deter and defeat transnational threats by countering violent extremism, strengthening the defense capabilities of African states and regional organizations, and protecting U.S. interests in Africa.
