Libyan Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj and U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Thomas D. Participants gathered from March 20-24, 2017, to increase interoperability through academic classes and discussion-based practical exercises focused on a collective ability to establish and maintain peace in East Africa.
