JRTC rotation strengthens U.S.-Uganda partnership

Nineteen members of the Ugandan People's Defense Force disembark from a C-130 transport aircraft on the outskirts of Dara Lam, a mock village located in the Joint Readiness Training Center's primary training area, also called "the box" March 15.
