U.S. special operations forces train alongside partners in Mauritania

A Mauritanian sailor performs a litter carry with a simulated casualty in a final training exercise with U.S. Army Green Berets assigned to 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) during a Joint Combined Exchange Training in Nouakchott, Mauritania, Nov. 8, 2021.
