Exercise Phoenix Express 2021 holds opening ceremony in Tunisia

Guests at the opening ceremony for exercise Phoenix Express 2021 watch an address by Adm. Robert P. Burke, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa. Exercise Phoenix Express 2021, conducted by U.S. Naval Forces Africa, is an at-sea maritime exercise designed to improve cooperation among participating nations in order to increase maritime safety and security in the Mediterranean.
