Exercise Phoenix Express 2021 holds opening ceremony in Tunisia

Commodore Mohamed Salah Sagaama deputy chief of staff for naval operations, Tunisian Navy speaks during the opening ceremony for exercise Phoenix Express 20201. Exercise Phoenix Express 2021, conducted by U.S. Naval Forces Africa, is an at-sea maritime exercise designed to improve cooperation among participating nations in order to increase maritime safety and security in the Mediterranean.
