STUTTGART, Germany – Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Clark, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Medical Command, addresses attendees of the annual U.S. Africa Command Surgeon Synchronization Conference, May 22-24, 2018, at the Kelly Special Events Center.
