UPDF Soldiers complete historic civil affairs operations training

Uganda People’s Defense Force (UPDF) Soldiers and U.S. Army Soldiers from the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion, attached to the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, pose for a group photo after a graduation ceremony from a 10-week civil affairs operations course provided by members of the 404th at Camp Singo, Uganda, April 13, 2018.
