AFRICOM senior enlisted leader visits with Armed Forces of Liberia leadership; observes NCO development

Ramon Colon-Lopez, to foster the partnership between AFRICOM and the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) following the close of the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Liberia (UNMIL).
