AFRICOM senior enlisted leader visits with Armed Forces of Liberia leadership; observes NCO development

Command Sgt. Maj. Cooper Manqueh, Liberian Forces Sergeant Major, takes a photos with U.S. Africa Command senior enlisted leader, Chief Master Sgt. Ramon Colon-Lopez, April 3, 2018, at the Liberian Armed Forces training Center. Colon Lopez recently conducted a 3-day site visit to the region to foster the partnership between AFRICOM and the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) following the close of the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Liberia (UNMIL).
