CJTF-HOA Site Security Team conducts medical training

A U.S. Army site security team Soldier assigned to Task Force Bayonet, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, simulates packing combat gauze into a simulated wound of a fellow Soldier during a Combat Lifesaver (CLS) training event at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Dec. 30, 2017. Participants demonstrated CLS principals during scenarios that simulated being under enemy fire, having the possibility to come under enemy fire, and moving casualties to medical facilities.
