CJTF-HOA Site Security Team conducts medical training

U.S. Army Spc. Alex Bagwell, a combat medic assigned to Task Force Bayonet, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, instructs members of a site security team how to administer a chest decompression needle during a Combat Lifesaver (CLS) training event at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Dec. 30, 2017. Participants demonstrated CLS principals during scenarios that simulated being under enemy fire, having the possibility to come under enemy fire, and moving casualties to medical facilities.
