African-born officer gets back to his roots with Cameroon mission

First Lt. Soule Malame, left, of Task Force Toccoa, a 101st Airborne Division-led unit based in Garoua, Cameroon, poses for a photo with a friend after visiting a mosque. Malame, a Muslim from Togo, uses his cultural identity to be a key part of the task force by helping Soldiers as a translator and giving them a better understanding of the local culture.
