Exercise Cutlass Express 2017 Comes to an End

DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (Feb. 8, 2017) - Uganda Marines attend the exercise Cutlass Express 2017 closing ceremony at the Djibouti Coast Guard base Feb. 8, 2017.
