Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa leadership meets with international partners in Mogadishu

U.S. Army Col. Kyle Reed, Military Coordination Cell Mogadishu director, Lt. Gen. Osman Soubagleh, the force commander of African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM), and U.S. Navy Rear Adm. William Wheeler III, deputy commander of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), partake in a light moment during a meeting, Nov. 2, 2016, in Mogadishu, Somalia. The venue allowed members to discuss security situations, AMISOM challenges, and the current dynamics seen by both sides.
