ARTA PLAGE, Djibouti – U.S. Army Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 124th Infantry Regiment, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, make their way across a portion of the mountain obstacle course, as part of the final day of the French Marines Desert Survival Course, Oct. 10, 2016, at Arta Plage, Djibouti. Approximately 46 U.S. Army Soldiers with French Marines completed several tasks during the survival course, including desert operations, combat lifesaving skills, weapons training, survival cooking, how to decontaminate water, and water and mountain obstacle courses.
