STUTTGART, Germany (Aug. 24, 2016) -- U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. John Crowe, U.S. Special Operations Command Africa's deputy surgeon, addresses participants during the U.S. Africa Command's Surgeon's Conference on Aug. 24.
