Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class Andrews, EOD Mobile Unit 1, shows a member of the Tanzania People's Defence Force how to safely remove simulated unexploded landmines during the practical exercise portion of Humanitarian Mine Action Level 1 training in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Feb. 17, 2016.
