Sgt. Gaudence Siame, Tanzania People’s Defense Force ammunition technician, places a metal shape aside during a metal detector familiarization class at the Peace Keeping Training Center in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Aug. 23, 2015. Two U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal technicians, assigned to Combined to Joint Task Force- Horn of Africa, instructed a three-week Humanitarian Mine Action course to TPDF ammunition technicians and officers in order to increase ordnance knowledge.
