AFRICOM's Command Climate Survey (CCS) kicks off May 18, 2011 and will run until June 3. Passwords will not provide access until 19 May (0600 CET). The CCS provides employees with a forum to give feedback on many of the factors that affect the workplace and allow them to explain their perception of how things are going. Staff members can obtain the password with instructions on how to complete the survey from their Directorate/Unit POC. The survey is applicable to U.S Military and Federal employees (GS, GG, NSPS, Pay Band, and NAF).

This is a great opportunity for personnel to voice concerns and opinions without fear of reprisal.

Contact the EEO Manager at 421-4587 with any questions/concerns.
