Rank and Name: Enrique Arroyo, GS-15 Unit and Duty Title: U.S. Africa Command Office of Legal Counsel; Attorney-Advisor (International) Hometown: Miami, Florida Profile: Arroyo is a marathon runner, logging 14 marathons in 13 different countries on three different continents just during the last 12 months. Arroyo travelled to France, Morocco, Spain, Germany, Scotland, Holland, Switzerland, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Hungary, Turkey and twice to Italy to compete. His next marathon is the Zurich Neujahrsmarathon (New Year's Marathon) at midnight January 1, 2011, where he'll wear "tails and tie" (to be ready for after-marathon New Year’s party). He also plans to run a Stockholm marathon in May. Goal: Arroyo said he runs marathons to be with his favorite people (marathoners) and to travel to interesting places. His goal is to run a marathon on every continent.
