In recognition of Disability Employment Awareness Month...

Please join the United States Army Garrison Stuttgart in two events on
Friday, October 1, that will enhance awareness and promote equal employment
opportunity regarding federal disability programs.

The first event on 1 October will consist of a ceremony highlighting the
talents and requirements of employees with disabilities in the federal
workforce and will feature Guest Speaker, Ernestine Moya, Director of USAEUR
G1 EEO. (Patch Community Club 1400 - 1530) - Light refreshments available.

If you would like to attend please contact: usagstuttgarteeo@eur.army.mil

The second event on the same day, there will be a USAG Stuttgart Run4Life
event, which will focus on the disability of cancer. The purpose of the event is
to raise awareness about the importance of education and early detection of
cancer and to celebrate the strength of "cancer warriors" who fight against
the disease and honor those who have lost the battle. (Patch Barracks, Husky
Field 1600 - 2400). Organizations, Units and groups are invited to form
teams that will run or walk around the track during each hour of the event
to demonstrate their support and show that we are a military community that
takes up the fight against cancer. Entertainment and games will also be part
of this special night of fun! Team registration form is enclosed.

Please send those registration forms to usagstuttgarteeo@eur.army.mil

Should you have any questions in regards to these events, contact Ms. Jasmin
Rosa at 430-5256 or Ms. Eshe Faulcon at 430-5312.
