Free Activities in September for National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month

September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month and to recognize this cause there are several activities taking place throughout the garrison. Each one of the CSF pillars of fitness is supported with these activities to help the community

September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month and to recognize this cause there are several activities taking place throughout the garrison. Each one of the CSF pillars of fitness is supported with these activities to help the community be resilient and physically, socially, family, emotionally, and spiritually fit. Physical Fitness Performing and excelling in physical activities that require aerobic fitness, endurance, strength, healthy body composition and flexibility derived through exercise, nutrition and training. Free Yoga Classes: Yoga for Stress Relief September 10 at 6:30 a.m. - Panzer Gym September 17 at 6:30 a.m. - Kelley Gym September 24 at 6:30 a.m. - Patch Gym Family Fitness Being part of a family unit that is safe, supportive and loving, and provides the resources needed for all members to live in a healthy and secure environment. Family Resiliency Training: September 29 from 10-11:30 a.m. - Army Community Service Center Room 222
