The Stuttgart garrison will observe disability awareness month from 2 p.m. to midnight October 1, 2010, at Patch Barracks.

A formal ceremony will be held from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at Patch Community Club and cancer awareness events will run from 4 p.m. to midnight on Husky Field.

Events include:
4 p.m. - Field and stage entertainment and food sales
6 p.m. - Opening ceremony, lighting of the luminaria, survivor lap
7 p.m. - Hourly relay event - kids walk
8 p.m. - Hourly relay event
9 p.m. - Hourly relay event
10 p.m. - Hourly relay event
11 p.m. - Hourly relay event
Midnight - Closing ceremony and acknowledgements
