My name is Brandon Proudfoot. I am currently a summer hire at Army Community Service (ACS). I am the project manager volunteer, for the youth summer volunteer program.
I am a military dependent child of a member who is currently stationed at Stuttgart, Germany.

Here at ACS we are starting a program called Stuttgart Youth Volunteer Services (SYVS).

The reason why I am writing this letter is to see if your agency is interested in having youth volunteers throughout the summer.

Having a summer volunteer can bring many benefits and your agency by having an extra person or two to help out your agency in a variety of ways.

Volunteers are an asset to any program because they choose you and want to be part of your program.

Thank you for your time and co-operation. Please feel free to contact me or my volunteer assistant Elisabeth Du Bose at Stuttgart_Youth-Volunteers@yahoo.com mailto:Stuttgart_Youth-Volunteers@yahoo.com>

If you are interested in having a volunteer, your commitment is to register in the Volunteer Management Information System (VMIS) on www.myarmyonesource.com

The Army Community Service, Army Volunteer Core Coordinator is the point of contact for registration. Laura Davis laura.jean.davis@eur.army.mil or DSN 431-3330
