And yes, there will be food.

Friday, April 25 is World Malaria Day.  The Command Surgeon office of U.S. Africa Command is hosting a day of food and entertainment as an opportunity to learn how malaria, one of the most deadly diseases on Earth, effects the world’s population, and what the command is doing to help our African partners battle this disease.

Come and hear African music, test what you know, or think you know, or learn what you don’t know - about malaria, and enjoy hot dogs and beverages courtesy of the USO mobile canteen.

The event is Friday, 25 April, from 1000 to 1500.  Look for the tents outside the Kelley Theater, Kelley Barracks, U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart.

For more information, contact the Command Surgeon’s office at DSN 314-421-4740.

And don’t forget – there will be food and drinks!
