By Major General Rob Baker, Commander CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti Dec 17, 2012

To the men and women of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa,

This time of year is a season of celebration, tradition, and fellowship - a season that revolves around those friends, family, and loved ones we value most. Although we are all distant from our loved ones this holiday season, we are fortunate to be a part of the combined joint team that is CJTF-HOA, united by a shared purpose, shared values, and shared experiences.

I feel grateful this season to serve with you, the dedicated men and women of this command. We are truly an incredible team, working together to keep our nation safe. There is no time more fitting to say "Thank You" for your service and to wish you and your families a Happy Holiday Season!

Respectfully,

MG Ralph (Rob) Baker, USA
Commander, Combined JTF-Horn of Africa
Djibouti, Africa
